Is Employer Access to Your Social Media Sites an Invasion of Privacy?

Along the lines of “Do Not Track” we also have employer and school’s desire to look at your social footprint as a means to determine your suitability for employment or admission.  Regardless of your opinion of their conduct, you might consider how freely to post and communicate over social media.  When celebrities appear in public do they wonder why they attract so much attention? Duh!  I think these types of surveillance come with the territory.  Just my opinion, though.
